02: Reasonable grounds for belief that an accused person may be subject to arrest. 03: Reasonable grounds for belief that an accused person may be subject to the issuance of a warrant. If your family and your baby mama/baby daddy have been spending too much time without you, chances are, that's probable cause. (Referring to sentence 1.)
