Being paranoid about being prepared or preparing to be paranoid. The paranoia that comes from not knowing if you are prepared. The time before being paranoid when you feel as if you may become paranoid.

I was suffering from preparanoia before the test yesterday.

The state of preparing yourself for what could possibly occure but will never happen.

The state of having a loaded gun under your pillow for when the clowns come to eat you. "CAN'T SLEEP... CLOWN'S WILL EAT ME. CAN'T SLEEP... CLOWN'S WILL EAT ME."

My grandmother made me so preparanoid that we were going to be homeless this Christmas, that I totaly forgot about wanting presents.

A prepared person who is EXTREMELY paranoid of not being prepared.

My Wife is such a preparanoid when it comes to preparing for a trip because she is so paranoid we will forget something.

Preparednoid 

Prepared for something but also paranoid you'll for get something when it happens.

Tim knows he has an appointment two weeks from now and so he sets a reminder with 5 alarms to make sure he doesn't forget. Tim is preparednoid .
