A woman that has short hair that seems to have a problem against every man. They usually blame all of the world's problems on men and are extremely feminist. Most seem to be lesbian while others just are a bit butch. Beware, no matter how nice you are to them... they will have a problem with you.
I didn't hold the door for that short haired power bitch so she start cursing me out in the middle of Panera Bread.
