note: some Canadians also came up with "Powder Cowboy" to brand their (apparently epic) backcountry snowboarding guide company, years after the original group of Coloradans were already making shirts and apparel. Just to be clear. However, the original group would be more than happy to make friends with the Canadian group, and allow them to continue to use their name, in exchange for free riding and guide service at their location. :)

The BEST of the west. School made up of the best people on earth...the kids from real colorado come here AKA people without money coming out of their ears. Badass mascot COWBOYS!! Only school in the state so we got wyoming pride even the out of staters. If your from wyoming you can come here for basicly free and if your out of state its most likley cheaper than an in state school. You can do whatever your want party, hiking, shooting, hit up the buckhorn or the cowboy. Great academics and overall just awsome school.

The drug phencycledine, more commonly known as PCP or angel dust, in a powder form. Tic is either snorted, or sprinkled on a marijuana or tobacco cigarette, and smoked. This form of PCP was very common in the 1970s and 1980s, where as, in recent years, it has been replaced by a liquid form of the drug known as "wet" (e.g. "Dippers," "sherm sticks")
