The combination between a potato and a baby, that inhabits the jungle-marshland of south-western China and northern North Korea. These so called "babies" were found by a man and a woman whose names may not be stated.

Derogatory term for someone of Irish decent, particularly older males who's heads resemble the texture and shape of potatoes while their faces are confoundedly baby-like.
