Postorrhoids is forum hemorrhoids. It happens to someone who is a regular poster on a particular forum, but has stopped posting for a while, and is "sitting" on their last post for a long time.
Dudes, what's up with Kaster? He hasn't posted in like 4 months... he must have postorrhoids by now.
