The basis of Ottoman rule in Albania was a feudalmilitary system of landed estates, called timars, which were awarded to military lords for loyalty and service to the empire. As Ottoman power began to decline in the 18th century, the central authority of the empire in Albania gave way to the local authority of autonomy-minded lords. The most successful of these lords were three generations of pashas of the Bushati family, who dominated most of northern Albania from 1757 to 1831, and Ali Pasa Tepelenë of Janina (now Ioánnina, Greece), a colourful Oriental-type despot who ruled over southern Albania and northern Greece from 1788 to 1822. These pashas created separate states within the Ottoman state until they were overthrown by the sultan.
After the fall of the pashas, in 1831 Turkey officially abolished the timar system. In the wake of its collapse, economic and social power passed from the feudal lords to private landowning beys and, in the northern highlands, to tribal chieftains called bajraktars, who presided over given territories with rigid patriarchal societies that were often torn by blood feuds. Peasants who were formerly serfs now worked on the estates of the beys as tenant farmers.

The proposed solutions (instead of playing by the rules of supply and demand forces, organized boycott, substitute good awareness) are government bailouts - in other words, subsidies for all well-to-do corporations so that they can willingly slash their prices for their upscale brand-name products.

This trend is prototypical of the post-2009 recession Obamamania and the ongoing contagiousness of the cliche term, "CHANGE".

Ernesto "Che" Guevara was an Argentine Marxist Revolutionary, physician, author, guerilla warfare leader, diplomat, military theorist, and a major figure during the Cuban Revolution. Today he has become an icon among popular culture and is worn on many t-shirts. 3/4 of those who wear his shirt do not even know much about Che. Che was simply a product of his environment and after travelling all over South America with his friend Alberto Granado, he was very disturbed by the poverty, sickness, and injustices he witnessed. These travels of his are written down in "The Motorcycle Diaries." He believed that these problems in South America existed because of monopoly capitalism, imperialism, and neocolonialism. In addition, he believed that the most sufficient solution to these problems was a world revolution. Guevara became even more radical in his beliefs after witnessing the coup d'état of Guatemala's government which was carried out by the United States government and CIA. Guatemala’s government was then replaced by a military junta, headed by Colonel Carlos Castillo. Che later met Raul and Fidel Castro while in Mexico City and decided to join their revolutionary group - the 26th of July Movement (named after the day of Fidel's failed attack on the Moncada barracks). They then boarded an old beat up yacht appropriately named the “Granma” and headed to Cuba to begin their revolution in an attempt to overthrow the U.S. backed dictator Fulgencio Batista.

Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, born Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (April 22nd, 1870–January 21st, 1924) in Simbirsk, Russia, was a Russian Revolutionary, a communist politician, and the first head of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic- the Soviet Union. He was the creator of Leninism, an extension of Marxist theory –the original form of communism created by Karl Marx, though Leninism, in which many variations have been produced, is anything, but Marxism. Marxism is a conceptualized system of human social organization based on the gradual eradication of economic class and religion through the ages. Because everyone would belong to the same class, it is believed that economic resources and power would as well be equally dispersed throughout society. While in Leninism, linking to imperialism, globalization allows the act of going from place to place, shoving your evil capitalist beliefs down every ones throats, and then raiding the countries natural resources. And in the Soviet, class and religion remained uncured.
After the arresting of his eldest brother for an attempted bombing, threatening the life of the Tsarist leader, Nicholas III, the banishment of his sister, and the death of his father, Lenin was saddened with grief. He then enrolled in Kazan State University and became familiar with Karl Marx, joining Marxist’s groups leading to various protests.
