Poopalitis 

There are two different types of Poopalitis, chronic and acute. Chronic Poopalitis is an individual who has to shit all the time while Acute Poopalitis is an individual who shit's more than normal but not all the time.

I ate too much chili last night, it's now 3 a.m. and i'm glued to the toilet with Poopalitis.

You know when you have to shit so bad that your intestines are cannibalizing themselves and cutting off the nervous system below your waist and you can't hardly move, or talk, or think of anything other than sweet relief and you lurch into the can and *oooooohhhhh*....

Poopalitis 

Poopalitis is the chronic fear of poop. Side effects may include: nightmares of being pooped on and the inability to poop. Can escalate to refusing to use the toilet and/or refusing pas gas. Occasionally the latter can be a good thing.

Person 1: Man I think I might have poopalitis. I had the worst nightmare last night about running away from shitting dinosaurs.
Person 2: Dude you should get that checked out. How much weed did you smoke?
Person 1: No seriously.

I was surfing Urban Dictionary while I pooped for so long that I got pooralysis.

Reaching a point in someone's life (be it by an accident or by old age) where they can't ejaculate anymore.
(Not to be confused with the spanish group "Paralisis Permanente")
