Used when someone refers to an idiot who says stupid shit every time they talk.
Can also be referred to in context of the Southpark episode where Cartman demonstrates how to eat with your butt and poop out your mouth, literally. You need to stop talking. It's like you poop out your mouth every time you open it.

a slogan of the 1980s cartoon characters The Popples, who are also represented in stuffed animal form where they fold into their own pocket in the shape of spheres. When they are too pooped to pop, they are too tired to come out of their spheres. I ran a marathon today, and now I am too pooped to pop!
