"Mom" refers to someone who is wearing something ugly, or who is just ugly or stupid looking, and when i see them I sarcastically ask "Mom, can I please look like that, or wear what they're wearing?" - shortened to: "Mom"

"Poohbar" is something a mother loves to call her son (that he most likely doesn't want to hear, especially in the company of others).
