Ajay Bhatt, Intel’s Chief Systems Technologist
The acronym PNUS is a descriptive term used for what is commonly known as USB Flash memory, USB Key, memory
stick, thumb drive. This term was Trademarked in 2010 and again in
2020.
In it’s expanded form, PNUS stands for:
Personal:- Relating to, or constituting personal property
Network:- Interact / exchange information, files
Universal:- Done by all people
Storage:- The action or method of storing something for future use. "The retention of retrievable data on a
computer or other electronic system"
