Horrible black-mail to a horrible singer with horrible tweets. Started with Miley's deleting of her twitter account, really pissed off a lunatic fan. This person threatens to kill/cook/eat her cat if Miley doesn't reinstate her twitter account. www.mileysavefuzzy.com it is legal in this person's country to eat their cat (part of their culture?!) and I find it ridiculous that she thinks shes making a statement with this because if its legal, they're just following their culture, not actually making a difference. Miley Save Fuzzy:
"The other day I asked myself: 'What can I do to bring Miley back to Twitter?' Fan video? Petitions? Letters? That never works. Heck, Miley even made her own video about never wanting to use Twitter again. Then I looked at my cat, Fuzzy and I realized, maybe Fuzzy can help. Fuzzy can make the ultimate sacrifice for this cause. It was very difficult for me, you see, as I sincerely love Fuzzy. But my mind is made up. I could always get another cat, but nothing can replace Miley's tweets for me!" |

| 44. | Facebook Democracy | ||
|
Form of democracy where public participation is limited to Facebook group membership. Facebook Democracy is on the verge of overthrowing Chain-Mail Petition Democracy in Canada (1)(2)(3).
(1): By 2012, the elections participation rate is predicted to drop below 50% at almost all levels (Municipal, Provincial and Federal), effectively dismissing Representative Democracy as the ruling system in Canada. (2): probably due to weather conditions, and with the notable exceptions of the Critical Mass, of the World Naked Bike Ride, and of the Zombie Walk, demonstrations are virtually non-existent in most provinces. (3): possibly with regard to the well-documented ineffectiveness of legitimate petitions, the Canadians MPs have started refusing to acknowledge their reception. Ref : Straight.com, Vancouver, occupiers-saxton-office-avoid-jail-time : “We were forced to submit this petition by sliding it through a mail slot in the back of Parliament” >> "Axe the BC Gas Tax" : against the BC Carbon tax. >> "Stop Gateway" : against the Gateway Project in BC. >> "Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament" : against Harper's last move |

| 45. | Republicans | ||
|
People who belong to the Republican party & political views are typically: The Government's power should be be limited Preserve individuals' rights & freedoms. The most common one, your right to bear arms The power should always lie in the hands of the people. Through voting, petitions & elected officials. Remember no matter who is 'in charge' they only have power thanks to you & only as long as you say By supporting big business you create new jobs for the masses. By lowering taxes they increase the business' budget allowing them to give their employees higher wages, hire new employees, or spend more on other things, which would all help the economy. -on a side note, being republican & being conservative are not the same thing. "I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it."

The people who stand on street corners and try to get you to sign petitions or give money to save babies or save wales or stop dog fighting. This greenpeace street vulture seems to have grown a British accent in the 2 months since he physically blocked me from crossing the street.
