When someone gives you his thoughts and views or opinion on what you should do about a situation or dilemma. It suggests that the opinion may not be worth much, but might nevertheless help you in your decision making.

t'penneth 

Contraction of "two-penneth" or "two-pennies" from British English slang. It's usually utilised when a person gives his/hers opinion on a subject, but want to highlight the fact that their opinion is their own not necessarily supported by empiric evidence, etc.. something on the lines of ".. this is what I think, may not be much but here you go.."

"If I'd wash that car, I'd start from the top.. just my t'penneth"

Penketh & Great Sankey 

Penketh and Great sankey are working class neighbourhoods located in Warrignton, England. Theyre made up of low to mid income residents and have seen an increase in cultural/ethnic diversity overtime. They have slight issues with anti social behaviour and substance misuse among inhabitants but overall are standard working areas typically found throughout North West England.

Keenan: Theres been alot of new homes being built in Penketh & Great Sankey recently hasnt there?

Someone with intelligence / common sense comparable to a punnet of strawberries.

Small time thug. Similar to 'Medium Pimping.' Pennythuggin' has a positive meaning.

Shawn has to work from Tuesday till Friday..But when he is free, that man is straight pennythuggin'.
