1. In a group setting, the act of ego taking over the decision making process instead of common sense.

2. The acts of two or more executives posturing for position -supporting their argument using only their title or status instead of knowledge and skill.

Background
Mostly used in corporate life where ego builds consensus verses vision, knowledge, and dedication. Very common in overly funded start-ups and very large (Fortune 500) companies.

In general, a reference to whom has the biggest cock (guns) makes the rules (sets the agenda).

I just got back from a penis flexing contest where the VP of Marketing and the VP of Technology couldn't agree on scope so they attempted to use their position in the organization to control the meeting.

Penislexia 

An excuse a guy gives when he tries to put it in the wrong hole *accidentally*, of course.

Like in the Spike and Mike's Festival of animation in the early 1990s, a cartoon that has the only dialog of "WRONG HOLE" at the end is a perfect example of penislexia.
