1. Stuff, things, items, objects, tools, geegaws, whachamacallits, thingamajigs, dofunnies, hinktybobbles, accoutrements, trinkets, accesories, clutter, flotsam, jetsam, literature, gadgets, nicknacks, paddy-whacks, and dogs to give bones to.

2. Items one uses to accomplish a task.

3. Tools of a trade.

4. Anything used to assist in ingesting illegal narcotics of any kind.

drug paraphernalia 

Any object or tool used to get high or under the influence.
The cops took my bong and pipe because they said it was drug paraphernalia.

paraphernaliaholic 

Its like being a shopoholic but for accessories that go with the main product. If you smoke weed your pipe is considered paraphernalia and if you keep buying more paraphernalia to make you feel better than you're a paraphernaliaholic.
Wow look! Ryan has like 3 pipes, 2 bongs, a vaporizer, and a hookah. He's definitely a paraphernaliaholic.

Paraphenaliast 

An enthusiast or specialist with the invention of devices most efficient for the consumption and enjoyment of one's poison of choice. Also known as a person who invents and creates tools to use for your drug of choice.
They are called Paraphenaliasts.

paraphernalia 

Noun. (Pa - ra - pher - nay - lee - ah)

1) Items which might be associated with a particular habit or trade.

2) The operation which involves the removal of one's scrotal sack. A practice which has all but died out in these enlightened times but which was carried out in Australasia and parts of Asia on convicted criminals who were deemed as unsuitable to father further children.
