A female whose sexual partners exceed her age by a shocking number, often disposing of unborn children at an alarming rate all while keeping the neighborhood rape rate at pleasant lows. This "pan" is often the butt of jokes for men who are either as promiscuous as said pan, OR girls who are also as bad, but keep it generally under wraps. Much like junk food, sleeping in tents or Tim Tebow, a pan can be quite the double-edged sword and should be utilized with caution.

Pan is short for pansexual, meaning you can love someone regardless of what their gender is. They could be male female, cis, trans, genderfluid, non binary, whatever. It doesn't matter.
Person A: I have to tell you something babe. I'm...i'm trans.

The act of being a fucking idiot and quitting on something your have progressed on. Used as a nickname of quitting essentially and not wanting to do it anymore. (ex. Idc anymore, i owe you nothing). Also dropping something for a hoe could be seen as freeing pan pan.
