n. Being gay in nature or full of gay. Generally used to describe an unpleasant or unfavorable situation. An absence of manliness or satisfaction when describing something.

The sound one makes in response to a statement implying failure of responsibility, a puzzling realization, or as a response to practically any odd, awkward, shocking or irritating situation. Often used as a lazy response to nearly any line of questioning or factual statement. Proper tone can make "hmmmpff" a response to practically anything. Often both starts and finishes a conversation, or shows severe lack of interest in said conversation.
Alternate Spellings: hmpf hmph hmmpff (Nearly infinite variations of this spelling involving more M's and/or F's.) harumpff (spelling may vary) hmpth Boss: "That report is due Monday, are you sure you'll be able to finish it on time? Maybe you should come in Saturday afternoon."

anyone who spoils a good time, breaks up a party, or affects your life or your situation in a negative way. Often times they are synonymous with downers, or party "poopers" for you elderly people. IF you are partying in your house and having a great time with your friends, and another friend walks in and proceeds to be a downer and does nothing but complain and spoil the mood they are being a RUINER. Feel free to call them on it.

Can be used as a noun (n.), a verb (v.), or an adjective to describe anything which sleeps or tends to sleep. This is a very broad term, and covers the gamut for all living beings in this world that sleep or tend to sleep. The name comes from our friend Muthu, who consistently sleeps, no matter any good or fun situation with his physical and mental clumsiness and ineptitude, degrading the quality of staying awake and marring people's moods to sleepiness.
Or, can be used to describe as someone who shamelessly flirts with girls no matter what his age is. (n.)
