1. Old Man Withers was the owner of the haunted amusement park in the moive "Wayne's World." If you watch the movie carefully he appears at the beginning as well as the end. He is eating donunts at the bar and Wayne asks, "How is the amusement park going Mr. Withers?" We don't see him again until the end of the movie during the Scooby Doo ending sequence.
2. A humorous name given to old people you dont know "Look at that Old Man Withers over there at the counter, he can stand."

Penis bear is a very insulting term used against old people. How ever if you know the old person, penis bear can be an endearing term. You can insult your grandparents or you can insult old people on the street. For example if you see an old person walking down the street you can say "Hey Penis Bear! shouldn't you be dead by now???" Or "Hey penis bear you are older than dirt"!!! By saying penis bear the elder understands that you are talking to them. However if you know the elder you can use it as an endearing term. For example you can say "Hey Penis Bear how you been?" or "I love you so much my shriveled up old penis bear"

The day in high school, in November, when several senior citizens enter the school to have a thanksgiving dinner. this day is usually accompanied by complaing from students and a noxious odor. "Aw Man, it's Old People Day today. Now the whole school is going to smell like moth balls and death."
