(verb): The intentional process of applying sparkly objects (glitter/sequins/bedazzles/unicorn poop) to your body/your outfit as an accessory.

Used to introduce an element of klass or obstensive wealth.

Oletlile is a rare Setswana name meaning "God has permitted" or "God is willing". These people are some of the coolest and most chill people you will meet, they are very trustworthy friends and calm, caring people. They are very athletic and amazing at football. One would be very lucky to meet this person in their lifetime.
