The "dis" name for Nadya Suleman. Octo (for her Octuplets) and Monster (for her recent actions) (this word was actually USED by Nadya's friend in the UK documentary).

Octoroon 

Americans of mixed ancestry. Mixed European/African Americans who appear European. Many are considered Caucasian of European background, who are in fact of mixed European and African ancestry (albeit 2-3 generations past).
Rarely mistaken for "Spanish". Whom are clearly mixed with Spanish/African/Indian

Someone who is blessed with an exceptionally large penis. Following the common preconception that black men have large penis', this would refer to the penis being the one eighth of a person that is of black ancestry.
