Ghetto of Lake County, Illinois. Large number of African Americans even though it touches the extremely well off suburbs of Lake Bluff and Lake Forest I was driving down Sheridan road, passing multimillion dollar homes in Lake Forest/Bluff and all of the sudden found myself in a ghetto with prostitutes and bums walking on MLK in North Chicago....
