Net Kook

Anyone who posts uniquely strange, preferably incomprehensible articles, or who manifests a persistent, extreme, and somewhat bizarre obsession.

it is important to note the subtle distinction between a net kook, a net cretin, a clueless newbie, troll, or asshole. The newbie, one hopes, can acquire a clue on the installment plan even if he can't afford to buy one for cash. The cretin is merely stupid and/or irritating. The troll is purposely pulling your leg like it got caught in some heavy machinery. The asshole is, well, simply that. But a TRUE net kook has a special fascination derived from his/her/its utter ineffability. Their behavior is irrational, if not downright weird, but they are seldom merely boring.
I tried to follow Gene Ray's writings at timecube.com, but after 30 seconds, I knew I was reading the rantings of a first-class net kook.

Similar to a chromebook but it clearly runs a special version of windows called windows CE or Embedded versions. and the best part, it's cheaper than a chromebook in some places, but because of its rarity, it's expensive now.

The difference:

Chromebooks only have google play and chrome and cannot let u install any windows apps.

Netbooks have ie explorer and can let you install windows applications with more features but is slow like a chromebook (basically better tho cuz of features)

thats pretty much the info u basically need. need i say more? just google it if u want to know more.
me: omg this chromebook cant install windows apps???
person 1: yea, what do you expect? it's a chromebook.
me: at this point, i'd rather use a Windows Netbook since it has more features man.
person 1: that's true...
