Perma-newb syndrome 

A syndrome where someone who, although experienced, will never become good at a game. They may play for a long time and get a few good rounds here and there, but for the most part, no matter how hard they try, they will never surpass newb level.

"Dude, you are horrible at this game. How long have you been playing?"
"A long time. I suffer from perma-newb syndrome"

NEETbux 

NEETbux refers to a form of social welfare (e.g. unemployement, social security), given to NEETs. A NEET is a sociological term which refers to those "not in education, employment, or training). It is a satirical term, often using on internet forums such as 4chan and reddit.

Im going downtown to pick up some NEETbux today.

I've been living in my mom's basement for the past 5 years, I think its time to me some NEETbux.

Adjective - thinking you are prepared enough to do something after reaching the barest possible minimum needed to be prepared and then dying because of it.

Someone who is new to New York.

An inexperienced player of a game, and part of a never-ending cycle. Will eventually develop better skills.
the defective ones called noobs get knocked out of the cycle and disposed of, like at a factory quality check.

1. Newb joins game and is confused
2. Newb asks experienced player for help
3. Newb takes advice and in turn, rises up in the ranks, develops better skills becomes an experienced player.
4. Experienced player goes on to help the next set of newbs.
(5.) Noob insults the newbs and the players that help them.

Dude, that guy just joined the forum yesterday and is a total newbie to HTML. You should tell him how to get an avatar since he doesn't know.
