Mostly used to disturb someone's food or drink but can be used for a variety of other things. Phrase originated in San Francisco and is used commonly there. Walking up to someone's burrito and dipping your two nigga dipping fingers into one end of the burrito thus making shit of the burrito would be a prime example of a Nigga Dip.
