(mix*oh*mah*toe*sis) Also known as 'myxomatosis cuniiculi'. Myxomatosis is a disease which only infects rabbits and is caused by the myxoma virus. First seen in Uruguay in the 1900s, it was intentionally introduced into Australia to control the rabbit over-population.
Also one of the best tracks from the rock band Radiohead's sixth album entitled 'Hail to the Thief' released in 2003. A lyric excerpt from Radiohead's myxomatosis:
