When you stretch your scrotum and pull it in a rectangular fashion so as to look like a movie screen. If done in the middle of the day, you can call it a matinee. While typing at the computer, I looked over and saw him giving me the movie screen, saying "hey, want to watch a movie? It's 3pm, time for the bargain matinee."
