Someone who cannot form a single thought internally without some sort of noise spewing from their mouth. Someone who says outloud exactly what they are typing/texting. Man did you hear Debby today? Every little thing she did she exclaimed to the entire office. So annoying! Yeah, she is a really bad mouth thinker.
