To call someone a Mord is to accuse them of begging.
The term was first coined in an online game Star Citizen, due to a player called "Mordacious" who constantly begged for money instead of earning it himself. People had given him an estimated three hundred million AUEC over his first few months of play. In time this became known as "Being a Mord".
