A person that always has mints on hand; The person that always has breath mints to share or give out; persons that sling mints.

Mindballs are what you get when your cojones grow to such an alarming size that they take over every inch of the thought process. Having mindballs can be either temporary or permanent. This depends on the persons level of douchiness.

1. Dude, that guy just attacked Chuck Norris, he definitely has a severe case of mindballs.

2. I once hit on Jessica Alba due to a temporary onset of the mindballs.

Codename came about when trying to be discreet around others such as family etc.
