Not intentional. And not unintentional.

Defendant: I did not intentionally shoot that man

Judge: so you’re saying shooting him 56 times, reloading the revolver multiple times, was unintentional?
Defendant: well, i see how you can see that must have required intent with the multiple pauses to reload. But it wasn’t unintentional. It was, midtentional!
Judge to bailing: lock this loony up in the asylum!
