The protruding object created when a man wears pants that are extremely tight in the crotch (usually jeans). The object is created by the crotch seam riding exactly between both testicles. The resulting "toe" is one testicle lying to the right (or left) with the other testicle lying to the left (or right) along with the rest of a mans "junk".
