Makeshift gym 

Noun; training program that can be performed in the office or at home, when you are forced to skip the gym because of more important commitments.

Usually you lift anything has a significant weight.
Bro #1: - didn't see You at the gym yesterday, dude!

Bro #2: - I have been stuck at the office till night bro, but I benched the printer, did some push ups and worn out triceps lifting a water gallon.

Something that is makeshift, but still incredibly bad. An obvious failure to improvise successfully. If "Man vs Wild" was remade starring Donald Trump, he would end up sleeping in a lot of Makeshit shelters.

Adj: Something that has been made/put together in a non-conventional way, but can expand past the bounds of "Jerry-Rig" For example, one would not use "Jerry-rig" when describing the quality of their food.

Something that has been put together at such a low cost, it doesn't turn out like the original directions.

Something that is not quite right and low quality.

Commonly used in replacement of Jerry-rig or sketchy
