| 16. | dopecore | ||
|
noun. INFORMAL. Inherently both gangster and hardcore simultaneously and harmoniously. Much like todays mainstream fashion dopecore is a hybrid of gangsterism and rock. To be dopecore one must display characteristics of a person who does not give a fuck about anything while still maintaining a constant level of acceptance among his or hers community for being so fucking dopecore. Caucasian and African people between the ages of 14- 45 are most likely to be dopecore without even knowing it because they are usually addicted to recreational drugs such as cocaine, heroin, acid, mary jane, meth, crack, peyote and mushrooms etc. (prescription drugs acceptable if abused properly)
Dopecore is a style and a way of life in most of Canada and the United States. Some of our favorite celebritites are dopecore, but diguise it becuase most people look down upon them when they get caught for being dopecore or overexaggerate dopecore Holy shit! That guy is soo fucked up, look at him throwing that lobster in the lake for that girl he wants to impress. He must be on some crazy drugs or drunk out of his tree. Nah, he is both on drugs and drunk harmoniously, he is definatly dopecore. Man does he ever look good in those tight pants and baseball cap.
Wow those two just lit a garbage can on fire to stay warm. Oh jeez that is so dopecore they are using alcohol to put out the flames. That girl is hilarious she is definatly not thinking about calling the fire department. |

| 17. | rap | ||
|
The use of rhythmic beats and words used to convey ones circumstances, experiences, or dreams past, present, or future. Rap is a form of poetry just as country, rock/punk, or any other form of music.They all make you subconsciously or consciously move to the music. They sway you.

The only reason why it's so bad is because of the way it has been displayed. Rap, in the mainstream, has been portrayed as misogynal, corrupt, violent, impetuous, demeaning, and ignorant. Basically it's secular. Rap has been tainted as it entered the mainstream. Gangsta rap is not real. It's only a bunch of igonorant fools who make fun of themselves and their race and they basicall make black people look ignorant. Now not all rap is fake or garbage. The truth of the matter is that there is an equal amount of MC's tryin to reverse the course of rap. It's just that they can't make it onto the radio stations without sounding ghetto or ignorant. Idiots like 50 cent, Snoop, and all the new gangsta rappers who only get onto the mainstream by putting a lil in front of their names are fake. They only talk about guns, bitches, hoes, money,cars, akohol, and drugs. Rappers like Common, Kanye, Lupe, Rhyme Fest, Mos, and Talib try to liberate ignorant minds but people love ignorance. I'm tired of people saying that they must change the industry. Before you change the industry, change yourself. Black people listen to crap music. Then whenever someone outside of the race says something like nigger or hoe we ... |

| 18. | King magazine | ||
|
A men's magazine targeted at Black men ages 18-35. What the magazine features is beyond me but I know this for a fact: There are more half-naked women in that magazine than in the Holocaust.
Go to any apartment or house inhabited by Black men who thrive off of mainstream rap culture, are wannabe thugs or real scary thugs, misogynist, wannabe rappers or sex addicts...and I bet you, there would be a table piled up with King magazines. Jermaine: Ay, nigga. I'm finna get that new King magazine featuring Karrine Stephans on the cova'!
Dionte: Word, nigga? Jermaine: Fuck chea' nigga. Two hours later... Jermaine: Ay let's go fuck them light-skinned bitches I met at the Grown&Sexy parties last Saturday. That issue of King made my dick hard, dawg. |

| 19. | fabolous | ||
|
1. A rapper signed to So-So Def. Him being the hardest rapper, you got to be fucking kidding me.
The people posting that Fabolous is the best rapper or hardest rapper must either be some mainstreamers, Black females with fetishes for "thuggish guys", or hoodrats. Fabolous is a mainstream hip-hop musician with a complex about Black women, therefore only puts Hispanic women in his videos with the attitude that Black women are unattractive or not marketable. His music...just sucks. His fame...is questionable. However, he's making more money than me for what? Being more marketable than talented. How unfair America is. I shot Fabolous in the head for making the song "You Make Me Better". So all the hoodrats went to his funeral, hysterical in tears, and threw their bras and ponytail weaves in his casket.

| 20. | Post-grunge | ||
|
Music that killed grunge worse than a bullet to Kurt Cobain's head or Layne Staley's speedball overdose ever could. Post-grunge is a more mainstream version of grunge music, which seems a rather inoffensive thing at first, but contemporary acts such as Puddle of Mudd, Nickelback, Three Doors Down, Godsmack, Staind, Creed and Three Days Grace reveals the genre to be a parody of original grunge. Exaggerated attempts at singing like Eddie Vedder, predictable and formulatic song structures, and insincere angst with no artistic quality are characteristics of post-grunge. (Listening to typical rock radio station)
Thomas: Hey, this kinda sounds like Alice in Chains, only the guitar sucks, the lyrics are trite, and the singer's vocal range is garbage. Fred: Yeah, that's Godsmack, another post-grunge act. |

| 21. | hip-hop | ||
|
Known more famously as a musical genre, but is also a culture. Hip hop is often referred to as "dead", or "dying".
In actuality, it is only part of Hip Hop that is dying, and that is mainstream. I don't need MTV, BET, or Much Music to live my music for me, so as long as me, or anyone else enjoys Hip Hop, it will be alive. Hip Hop MUSIC can range from slow, slurring speech with digital beats and a heavy bassline,known as gangsta rap, or southern rap, which is mostly responsible for the "death" Hip Hop, to fast, crisp lyrical delivery with the instrumentals ranging from a multitude of sounds and instruments. Guy 1 - Hip-Hop is garbage, it's all about guns, and bitches.
Guy 2 - But aren't you playing Counter-Strike, and your in-game spray paint has a nude woman on it? |
