If your going to visit or drive through Luton, be sure to avoid 'High Town' 'Marsh Farm' 'Tin Town' 'Hockwell Ring' 'Lewsy Farm' Other than these area's your safe. If you can try to make freinds with the uneducated they will like you and defend you for a burn off of your 'Fag'
Lutonian #2 "Oh you alright mate"
Lutonian #1 "Got a spare fag"
Lutonian #2 "Nah, I just had my last one"
Lutonian #1 "Alright, Cheers boss"
I mean it's not that bad... If you were blind, deaf, unable to smell, an alcoholic, a smackhead, dirty, smelly, outspoken and unable control over your bodily functions and have a foreign passport - Infact, if that implies to you, I think I know you're brother. So come along, come to Luton and join the fellowship.
There are the places for those poor, violent and uneducated residents known as 'chavs'. Examples are 'Marsh Farm' and 'Tin Town'
Then there are the better areas for more wealthy residents, most of whom are wannabe chavs. Examples are the better parts of 'Wigmore' and 'Stopsley'
Last of all there are the areas for the richer and better-off residents that have absolutely nothing to do with the residents of the other two areas. These are mainly on the outskirts of the town.
The Town Centre is probably the main pro for Luton. It is the only area where anyone from the town can actually go out and have fun. But very little fun, seeing as this area is mainly populated by the chavs and ethnics that ruin the town's good points. Remember: you do not have a light, a fag or any change...
"I can't wait to move out of Luton"
"...it aight..." I mean what in Gods name is that supposed to mean anyway? Yes Luton has it's problems with violence and most people who live in Luton have either been victim to it or have been the one inflicting it. But I would not describe Luton as 'Ghetto'.
As for the educational establishments , I for one blame those who choose not to learn. Many of the citizens are reasonably well educated but, through fear of mugging, tend not to walk the streets.
As for its cultural diversity, yes there are many muslims and seeks and what have you but I am pretty sure it is not legal to refere to Bury Park as "paki land".
Entertainment, well I wouldnt know. Those who are smart enough seek entertainment outside or Luton or in our own homes.
In conclusion, anyone who is trying to redeem Lutons status and wishes to write a defenition please, do not embarrass your selves by using popular Luton 'slang'. Im sure if I , seventeen yearold, can use correct English, the rest of you can.
Luton does feature a large number of schools and colleges, as well as the renound 'Luton University'. Better point's of this death trap include a football team, an airport and enough roads to escape the bloody place the A6 toards Bedford for example. So come to Luton if you are looking for a cultural experiance. Just be prepared to run for a bit. But don't worry, most of the chav's are fat and can only just about run 50 meters due to the amount of alcohol and cigarrettes they've had.
