Lowity 

Defies gravity, in that it is a state of intention whereby one chooses to wear the waist of their pants below the buttocks region. However, when gravitational forces and kinetic activity's are in play, Lowity is highly exacerbated.

Bastardisation of "allow it", often used by youths who have been rude/outrageous and then wish to compound the effrontery by telling you to metaphorically "chill out".

Lowitja Kids 

Those weird, beta male outcasts in your school, which hangs out in a group alone.

Every school has them, you would usually find them isolated from everyone else.
These kids will usally stand out from everyone else for being; strange, weird or differnt.

Person 1: Hey look at those weirdos over there.
