The act of saying you are showing interest of showing up to an event, telling everyone you will be there, making all the necessary plans in order to be at the event, confirming you are going and on the way.........THEN NEVER SHOWING UP, AND TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE SO YOU CANT GET CALLED!
