kebapche 

A special sort of meal, which is made of minced meat and spices and is very similar to the meatball, but has a different shape. Another difference between those is that the meat for meatballs has onions in it, which is not true for the kebapche. It looks like a finger, but is usually longer and thicker. It is always grilled, unlike meatballs which can be also fried. Bulgarians usually consume it with "shopska" sallad or french fries.

I like eating kebapcheta.

Adana Kebap is usually really hot and Iskender Kebap is served with yogurt, which is another Turkish food.

Kebap 

Although the name isn't Turkish,kebap is very common and traditional food among Turkish peoples.Turk is lived long time as nomads,so they consumed mostly meats.So,in Ottomans meat is protected it's worth in Ottoman kitchen.Today that we referred fish,mutton,veal .etc is labelled as kebap in cookbooks at Ottomans.Mostly it is produced with mutton and veal,it can be produced by chicken meat too.Kebap is marinating with onion juice (we can also see tomato juice) before cooking.Cooking process is the most need to pay attention for part of making kebap.It can cooked with barbecue,wood-burning oven and also LPG.In the cooking process,either their own juice or melted butter used for oiling.Another advise is,flour kebap ,so on the kebap it's become shell,it's juice is prevented to going out.In Turkey,you can find kebap restaurant almost every county that have restaurant.

Sals Kebabs 

Sals Oz Rock Cafe AKA Sals Kebabs is a kebab shop in Revesby near the train station (Sydney Australia)

It is open well into the early hours of the night so that the drunk people from the neighbouring pub and nearby club can come and eat because the bistro and shops are closed.

Sal (the rock guru) plays all the old classic rock songs all working hours so you can just kick back and relax.

The shop itself is a normal sized kebab shop and the walls stoles have records on them.

Sals Kebabs is known for his special Khe Sanh (named after the song by Cold Chisel) The Khe Sanh is the typical Aussie Kebab
Beef Cheese Lettuce Tomato and of coarse BBQ sauce…..$8

Every so often the Sals theme song "I LOVE SALS KEBABS!!" sung to the tune of I Love Rock and Roll By Arrows can be heard at anytime after 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. The theme song was created by philosophize and members of The Darkest Illusion one drunk Friday night.

Sal’s Kebabs is the meeting place for all the hungry drunk people and is a peaceful place of joy where rock music calms the spirit while Kebabs sooth the soul

kebabslackers 

Also known as the "rock mafia". A legend with roots from the town of Stenungsund in western Sweden. The legend tells of three young and skilled drivers who pushed the term of "streetracing" to it's edges. The three always seen togheter along with a brand new sportscar every week. Either at the pit stop of Stora Höga or GETSKÄRR (The Rock). The name kebabslackers was labeled by the community for their deep passion for kebab. A passion which was to be inherited by every single teenager - kebablovers who looked after the town.

- Ello, what to do?
