The intersection of balls and shaft.

-Hey, where's Steve?
-Oh you didn't hear?
-No, what?
-I can't believe you didn't hear!
-No, I was away all week. What happened?!
-Oh man, it was awful. He ripped his junktion scaling a chain-link fence.
-Oh no! That's terrible, I really like Steve.
-Yeah, good guy. He used to tutor my little sister in Algebra II.
-Yeah math was always his thing.
-Not much of a speller though.
-No, terrible speller. Is he going to be ok?
-Well, doctors were able to reapproximate the intersection of his shaft and balls as best they could, but modern medical junktion technology has only come so far.
-Wait a minute. Didn't something happen to his junktion a few months ago?
-Yeah, he fell asleep at the nude beach, second-degree burns all over.
-It has not been a good year for Steve's junktion.
-No, it certainly has not been.

Junktight 

Said of pants or shorts that are so tight you can clearly see the outline of someone's junk. Junktight is most often used to describe male clothing, and only when the speaker doesn't find the sight to be intrinsically gross.

Aaron Behrens, the singer for Ghostland Observatory, is known for madly gyrating around the stage in junktight jeans.

The Tron Guy's outfit is not junktight, it's just fucking gross. Lose some weight, man, no one wants to see that.

A spot where roads intersect dat happens to be next to an auto-salvage yard.

Sometimes you may indeed have to travel all da way to O'Reilly's for replacement car-parts, but it's a good idea to stop at da junktion on your way there, just in case they'd have a still-usable item for a fraction of da cost of a new one.
