This phrase is used when one boasts about their "hood". The origin of the phrase is New Jersey, where a group of kids residing on Jacksonville Road, used the phrase to intimidate new comers and competitors of their neiborhood. The last word "massive" is usually left out when yelled. For best results, yell loudly upon sight of fellow member.
