Intelligence QUOTIENT(ratio, fractional value, non whole integer, etc...) -The ratio generated by dividing your intellectual age by your actual age -the stanford binet IQ test(the real-notOnlineVersion) was an adapted version of an older less acurate European test... Also the results of the standard test are graphed a long a bell curve, so there is no IQ below 1 or above 200, 100 is by definition the average IQ -thus the "average person" has an IQ of 100, not below or above, since this value is assigned based on the average score of those who have taken the test.... *Oh and this test is not generally used on adults though, since the general knowledge of 40 year old is pretty much the same as that of a 60 year old, making it usless for people over a certian age... A certian (self proclaimed) president of this country, whose name rhymes with George W. Bush, has an IQ on high functional side of mental retardation, around 60 or 70, and probably thinks its called an Intelligent Quota...

The common household cyberchondriac is just a retard that doesn't know how to use their computer... And tells themselves (and others) that it is due to "the viruses". A common misdiagnosis of Cyberchondria is in regards to someone who is simply paranoid and thinks their computer always has viruses. This is incorrect. A simple way to differentiate is that cyberchondriacs only believe they have viruses in regards to the functionality, usability, or otherwise mechanical well being of their PC. A paranoid person always thinks they have viruses regardless if their machine is appearing to work without incidence. (Joe's computer starts going crazy when he clicks on something)
