Best T.V. show out there. Can be a little corny at times but it is not your usual dry, boring, no personality investigative show. I would advise everyone to invest some time in watching this show. NCIS right out of interigation.
Tony - That's okay boss you will break her in round 2. Gibbs - There won't be a round 2. Tony - But boss you didn't break her! Gibbs - Yeah I know Dinozzo, I was there. |

A fan pairing from the US TV show NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service). It pairs Jenny Sheppard (J) with Leroy Jethro Gibbs (ibbs) hence the pairing - Jibbs.
Various people have been paired with Gibbs. Mann, Tony, Ducky...etc. These are made into Mibbs, Tibbs and Dibbs. This has also been done for the fan pairing Tiva. See if you can guess the characters involved! NCIS fan 1: So, what pairings do you like?
NCIS fan 2: Me? I'm a die hard Jibbs fan, you? NCIS fan 1: Nah, I'm more Mibbs, personnally. NCIS fan 2: pulls out gun and shoots NCIS fan 1 dead. |

An outrage or swindle. Officially ‘a chiz is a swiz or a swindle as any fule kno’ (from the Molesworth series of books about school life by Geoffrey Willans). As a result of this the phrase "as any fule kno" has entered use on its own, especially in the letters pages of the British satirical/investigative magazine "Private Eye". "Two quid for a glass of tapwater? What a chiz!"
or, in the original style: "O no monday double maths alg trig ect chiz chiz. Pythagoras is uterly wet and i suspekt he keeps dolies at home". |

| 42. | Lead Detective | ||
|
1. Primary investigator of a crime scene.
2. One who acts in the absence of the detective sergeant. 3. Liaison from an investigative unit to any other unit of a law enforcement agency. 4. A Lead Detective is not "any detective" and therfore not responsible for answering phone calls addressed as such. 5. A title that may or may not provide supervisor authority, however this aspect of the title is often clouded in ambiguity and seldom easily explained. This scene belongs to the lead detective.
