When casually under the substance called marijuana and one has a mental epiphany and comes up with a innovative invention to improve his or she's stoner life.

A word that was once used to be used to describe things that are new, and different. Now it's just marketing term that is used to describe pretty much everything, regardless of whether or not it deserves to be called innovative.

Gee, I didn't know that can openers are innovative.

Was coined by two dumbasses during an invocation at Callaway Raceway in Fulton, MO. in 2009.

Innovative Empowerment 

To create not just the normal empowerment and leadership approaches but to develop programs that are unique, original and use other means to create synergy to make a difference. Innovative empowerment programs transcends the basic lessons of life and creates a platform to have lessons put into action within society. The HIV Program at Windows of Opportunity is an innovative empowerment program because it educates on HIV Awareness and in addition trains us how to coordinate workshops and conferences, so we can save the lives of hundreds.
