1.) A word used to state that one would like to join in on the conversation, But has nothing worth saying.

indevious 

Indevious literally means NOT devious. The "in", as with insubstantial or ineffective, negates whatever it precedes. IN + DEVIOUS = NOT DEVIOUS.
The strategy of the aliens, although violent and cunning on the surface, was indevious, even genuine, in its desire to create a better world.
