The Hoxton Fin refers to a style of haircut popular with young men in the Hoxton and Shoreditch districts of London during the period 2000 - 2004. The style comprises two partings, one on either side, with the central portion of hair swept up in to a central kebab, or "meat stick"; the back and sides remained cut short. I'm going to get an Hoxton Fin haircut down the high street.
