Usually a question or greeting offered to a friend. Variant, however, in that a number of different answers are acceptable depending on the situation. See examples.
1. "Hey Joe, whats good in the hood?"
"Hey hows it going?"

2. "Whats good in the hood, brah?"
"Nothin, dude. Just beer."

3. "Yo Norman, what's good in the hood?"

2. how's it up
A general greeting, normally used between close friends as the phrase can come off as offensive. Two meanings, firstly as a merging of the two phrases how's it going and what's up, and secondly as a slightly perverted greeting much like how's it hanging
Hello friend, how's it up? Fancy a biscuit? OR, How's it up your Nanna, you filthy dog.
3. what it be
Similar to whats up, whats good, what it do
Asked as a question, usually meaning something like, "hows it going?" or "whats goin on?" also, "whats up?"
"whats good, what it be?"
"chillin man. chillin."
4. oozaga
Galactic, interplanetary word for a friendly well wishing hello, hi ya, hows it going, greetings, well tidings, howdy de do. It's hi with excited anticipation for good things to come.
Because it crosses all earth language barriers, the subtle meanings and interpretations are all in the tonal quality and pronunciation of the "oo". The longer, the friendlier. But the basic overal tone carries the feeling "hi, we meet, more good stuff will now happen" This understanding transcends all misunderstandings that have every happened prior anywhere or anywhen.
