ad-hocracy 

A collective style democracy that is used as a means of control for a a place or a group of people. A participatory democracy much closer to the original Greek style than represenative democracy. Used by Sci-fi author Cory Doctorow to describe a system of government by people.

The university ad-hocracy decided on whether to inplement major changes to the cirruculm.

The recent trend in rap music where the artist sounds like they are hocking up a loogie as they rap. This seems to be an emerging trend.

I'm about tired of the Spotify DJ playing all that hockrap. Dude sounds like he needs to take some Mucinex.

The recent trend in rap music where it sounds like the artist has mucus in their throat that they need to hock up.

I'm tired of the Spotify DJ playing so much hockrap. Even though I hate it, it's got my attention so it works for them, but still, dude, it sounds like they need to take some Mucinex.
