An adjective describing someone whose words and actions express intense hate, such as verbal and physical aggression. Being hate-filled is generally not a good thing since hate is related to conflict and persecution (often against particular groups of people). It is therefore very right to call someone out when he/she is behaving in a hate-filled manner.

Sadly, many people have been abusing this word. In most cases, the abusers are advocating for certain causes, and they believe the said cause has something to do with creating a world of harmony among groups... so anyone who dares disagree with them must want to incite inter-group conflict and thus, hate-filled. People on the political left are particularly prone to this. Fortunately, many leftists have noticed this problem within their own political community and are trying to solve it, so we could probably harbor some optimism about the future of humankind.
An Example of Correct Use:

Person A: Homosexuals are ALL LUSTFUL SINNERS! They should all die and go to hell!
Person B: Damn. You're such a hate-filled bastard.

An Example of Misuse:

Person A: We should all vote for Clinton! She'll be the best American President, ever! We should draft a law that makes it illegal to not vote for her!
Person B: I'm afraid I have to disagree. She has had some wrongdoings in the past. She MAY not be a perfectly good president, though she probably isn't all bad...
Person A: ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!! YOU HATE-FILLED RACIST, SEXIST, HOMOPHOBIC BIGOT!!!!!!! YOU HATE CLINTON FOR BEING A WOMAN!!!!!!! YOU MUST DIE AND GO TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
