Short police slang statement. The accused answering in a short 'matter of fast' tone, indicating decisiveness attached to the term 'HandsUp', adding a command for the criminal to follow.

Usually used in action movies when the protagonist captures the criminal or in real life when police give commands to the criminal in pursuit.
Police: Come with me now or else you'll be charged with more!

Criminal: You really think you're gonna be the one to take me in dawg??

Police: I'm done. HandsUp.

Criminal: Oh really?

Police: I am. HandsUp.

Criminal: Yes sir.

A genre of trance music which typically ranges between 138 and 145 BPM. It has themes in common with Euro, Trance, Happy Hardcore, and Hardstyle. It is typically unpretentious; very poppy and commercial.

Hands Up 

Hands Up can mean many things.

1. Hands Up is the common term used for officers with weaponry when a crime is committing, they aim the weapon at the criminal and usually shout "Hands Up"
2. Hands Up is a type of Dance/Techno in the music genre, usually around 135 to 150 bpm. It has a kick to bass style and is usually repetitive, every 16-beats has a stage up. See Dancecore

2. Woah, This tune...It makes me wanna dance! ~ That would be the Kick'n'Bass workin' in the Hands Up genre.

handspring 

A handspring is an acrobatic move in which a person executes a complete revolution of the body by lunging headfirst from an upright position into a handstand and then pushing off from the floor with the hands so as to leap back to an upright position.
Handsprings are performed in various physical activities, including acro dance, cheerleading and gymnastics.
The direction of body rotation in a handspring may be either forward or backward, resulting in a front handspring or back handspring (also known by flip-flop), respectively.
