The act of jumping in motion, instead of running or sprinting. Mainly encountered in: every Xbox game. To do this press forward on the left joystick and rapidly press the (A) button. It is believed that this makes it harder for snipers and sprayers to hit said person doing the "Halo Jumping." This was first invented in Halo 2 in which multiplayer was first invented for Xbox. This is why it's called "halo jumping" for it originated in a Halo game. Look at this gay little halo jumper, doesn't he know that "halo jumping" doesn't work in Call of Duty. *speaker then headshots the said halo jumper*

This term is used by someone who thinks halo is gay. Halo players like to jump randomly in battle to avoid enemies shooting at them. This however does not work in modern warfare 2, due to the fast game play. Halo players often try and use this tactic in mw2 unsuccessfully , but just look stupid doing it. We call them gaylo jumpers Stop trying to be a gaylo jumper, this isnt halo, you are going to die kid, you just look stupid doing it lol.

One of the most advanced soldiers in the UNSC apart from SPARTAN's. United Nations Space Command (UNSC) Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODST) are under the operational authority of Naval Special Weapons (NavSpecWeap). Their methods of operation allow them to conduct missions against targets that more conventional forces cannot approach undetected. The ODSTs perform highly specialized, small scale, high-risk operations such as: • Deep ground surveillance (DGS) • Direct action (DA) • Unconventional warfare • Counter-terrorism operations • Counter-contraband operations • Personnel and special equipment recovery/capture ODSTs are recruited from the Special Operations Groups of all the nations of the Unified Earth Government (UEG). Since the first group of “handpicked volunteers” was activated, ODSTs have been dropping “feet first” into combat. Also Known As: Hell Jumpers. (Thanks to Bungie.net!!) a League of hiding teams who get the lead and hide on Xbox Live on Halo 3, GTA 4, Gears of war, and COD 4. You cannot join HLG alone, you must be in an HLG team to be in the HLG.
