Phrase used for the following:
1. To make it clear you aren't interested in the conversation anymore.
2. As an all-purpose response no matter what the subject.
3. A nice way to say "fuck off".

Normally used by pretentious individuals and can be brutal if used in the correct context. Can sometimes be considered a worse fate than not getting a response at all.
